  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer (when a size guide is provided)
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items
  • Innerwear and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Digital or downloadable products

4. Return Timeframe

Refund/return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • After verification, return approval will be issued
  • Once approved, return the product following our instructions

  • Store credit or wallet balance (if applicable)

7. Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered. Replacement delivery time: 5–7 working days.

8. Shipping Cost Policy

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer must bear the shipping cost

9. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
